Usually people achieve the above goal by watching a movie or a walk. In fact, it can be achieved only by focusing the mind on one thing, or that we are familiar with the name of meditation. In meditation, we are required to concentrate the mind on one object only and ignore other thoughts that exist in the brain.

In the study Richard Davidson, professor of psychology and psychiatry at the University of Wisconsin in Madison found that meditation can improve brain and intelligence of the body's immune system, creating a sense of comfort, and balance itself. And these findings as well break that connection between brain nerve cells in adults are not going to expand again.

The silence that are served in the retreat are able to make us communicate with each other through our personal feelings of each, as well as sharing the things that we doubt and belief with others.
